Send a random image or GIF via your Power Virtual Agents chatbot

With Power Virtual Agents, it is possible to return a GIF or an image to the conversation via Power Automate. This post will take you through the steps of how you can use Power Automate to randomly select one of your curated images or GIFs, then send it to the conversation with the end user in Power Virtual agents. It's an easy way to add some variety to your chatbot conversations.

Power Automate: Get the user details of a Dataverse row creator

In this post, we'll take a look at how you can get the details of user who has created/added, updated, or deleted a record in Dataverse. For example, perhaps you have a Power App where users can submit data, such as for requesting items, booking an appointment, submitting a form or making a check in. As they submit data, you want to use details such as the creator's email address, name, address, job title, etc. in your flow.
